PEAK exclusive

185 °C ceramic thermal fuse

Re-settable, 16 A, M4 ceramic — a second layer of protection on top of the coffee machine standard. Unlike the stock one-shot part, you reset it by hand instead of stranding the machine.

Custom made

Type K thermocouple, M4 × 6 mm

Ungrounded, and made to our own thread and length so it drops straight into the stock boiler position — no adapters, no drilling, no guesswork.

Food grade

Food-grade pressure sensor

It sits in the brew water, so every wetted surface is food grade. 0–1.2 MPa on a G1/4 fitting, specified for us rather than borrowed from industrial plumbing.

Gold-plated control board

Gold-plated contacts on the PCB keep the low-voltage signals clean. The thermocouple and pressure readings are millivolts — noise there shows up as a jumping temperature graph.

Teflon display cable

The run to the display is our own cable, insulated in high-temperature Teflon so it lives inside a hot machine for years instead of going brittle and cracking.

Scales converter hub
