Gen3 Shipping Backlog: Our primary team (Team 1: Kim & Irene) is diligently working to clear the existing backlog of Gen3 orders. We appreciate your patience as we finalize these shipments.
New Orders : To streamline operations, we’ve onboarded a second packaging team
(Team 2: Rachel) dedicated to processing new orders.
Our goal is to reduce new order fulfilment time to approximately 2 weeks.
Why Two Teams?
Managing all aspects of production — purchasing, shelving, packaging, quality control, programming, boxing, stock tracking, accounting, logistics, backlog, urgent requests, logistic follow up, error corrections, Last mile tracking update to system — with a single team is inefficient. By splitting responsibilities, we aim to improve turnaround times and satisfaction.

* High-Quality FR4 (S1000H): Optimized for thermal and moisture resistance.
* Lead-Free PCB & Solder Paste
